Having built and managed websites professionally since 2007, I’ve gained a comprehensive understanding of how to create sites that both cater for the needs of my clients, and work for them.
Design
A consultative process that can be as comprehensive or as basic as you want and your budget allows. We will explore not just the asthetics, but also how to best cater for the intended audience and optimise user experience (UX).
Build
Once the design process is complete, we move on to the build. My software of choice is WordPress, but I can also build for Squarespace and WiX.
Optimise
Optimisation is really an ongoing process, based on user engagement and the evolution of your organisation or campaign, but with the initial build SEO measures will be taken to help optimise the site from the outset.
Manage
If you don’t have the time, energy or inclination to manage your own site, then you can commission me to keep it up to date and secure, manage the publishing of your content, and keep the site optimised.
Your website, your way
While WordPress offers huge potential for creating a site that caters for your specific needs and tastes, there are other options out there that offer less in the way of control, but require less in the way of management and maintenance. If you prefer to use the services of Squarespace or WiX, I can build the site you need within those platforms.
